Making an order
Buying products from our store could not be easier. Browse through our products & categories and add any items you want to your shopping basket. After you have finished click the ‘Checkout’ button to review your order, then click ‘Submit to PayPal’.
Payments
All payments are made via PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted. If required you can pay by cheque or postal order, but please allow 7 working days for clearance. Any cheques or postal orders should be made payable to JWS Merchandising.
Delivery charges
A single charge of [DelCharge] will be made on all orders to the UK mainland. Any order to the UK mainland over [FreeAt] automatically receives free delivery. Deliveries to outside of the UK mainland may incur an extra £7.95.
Most products are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt, unless you have ordered made-to-measure items. In the event of a delay you will receive an email with updated details.
Orders will be delivered between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday-Friday. All orders must be signed for.
